Our Work

Creating to Inspire

How many adverts have you seen this week? – How many have you acted upon?

Consumers are exposed to over 3,000 advertising messages every day!

A more direct, person-to-person approach is required.

We get out there to homes, businesses, shopping centers and events; real people engaging directly with consumers – face to face. We call it “The Human Commercial”

We act as an external sales department for UK brand leaders. Using one of our 3 routes to market we can ensure our clients receive the exact type of customer they need.

It’s a win-win situation – the end user gets great value for money, the clients benefit from the most cost effective route to market, and the sales team earn un-capped commission… everyone’s a winner.

Why is it Great to
be a 160 Organisation
Brand Ambassador?

Secure Your Future

One of our core values is to provide opportunity; Whether you’re looking for a long term career or just to get your foot in the door, you’re in control of your own future.

What will ensure our ability to continue to grow is the time we spend in investing and developing the team. We encourage BA to reach your full potential, at just in the workplace

but in all aspects of your life. In cultivating not only a career, but a mindset, rapid progression comes naturally. As a business we feel if someone is willing to put hard work we put their future in their hands

And we offer them the opportunity to progress and develop based on effort and results as opposed to the ‘typical’ elements that matter in other day to day businesses.

Being a BA

As a Brand Ambassador [BA]  you are the public facing representative of a brand … whether that be at conferences and events, within businesses or in people’s homes.

As brand ambassadors, we develop the skills to get to know consumers personally through effective conversations that educate people about the companies we serve.

We empower and inspire BAs to grow at a pace that suits your goals. We believe that our success is down to our ability to coach and mentor talent. One of our Core Values is that ‘People are our Business’.

Our mission is to help brand ambassadors attain the personal and professional skills that will allow them to thrive in any business environment.
